To place an order all you have to do is add the item/items you want to purchase to your cart and click Check out with PayPal or credit.

We do not offer returns however if you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will be happy to help you!

We try our best to ship the next business day and for customers in the United States it usually takes 2-5 days for your package to arrive. For other countries it can take two weeks or more for packages to arrive.​

Yes! All our LPS are authentic unless it states in the title or description that the pet is fake.

If a pet you want is not in stock don't worry! We list new pets every day Monday- Friday at 3:00pm PST so we might have it in stock soon! If you want to see the pets being listed this week follow our Instagram @TheLittlestPetShopStop 

Yes! We spend hours inspecting and cleaning each and every pet individually.

Yes! If you place another order before we ship your first order we will combine shipping and refund you the extra cost!
